Very apt title - relevant and potentially going to be an interesting read, especially if the impact turns out to be more positive rather than negative for this small developing country. As tourism is one of the main areas of GDP, perhaps a focus on an influx of tourists to a 'new' African destination will apply? I guess we'll have to wait until you get going, but this is what comes to mind at the moment. Hope it helps.
I've got a few influential contacts in Gambia who would have more insight into the situation - Yusufa, a young intelligent fellow who just managed to orchestrate a live performance of an international musician, and Ndeyfatou, a beautiful, entrepreneurial woman in vogue fashion :)
